I had Paul fix my boiler a year ago and I was very pleased with his prompt reply and quick fix. Recently, I had a blocked kitchen pipe and Paul came to my flat within 24hrs of requesting a visit. He did a thorough diagnosis and gave me money back guarantee. The block was extended to the communal stack and it was complicated. I needed to install a new handheld shower nozzle. He promptly provided a very reasonable quote.
He later called and provided the alternatives, and ordered what I needed accordingly.

Then on the day that we had agreed upon, he came and installed it and even accepted payment only after the job was done.

Paul at Expert Plumbers did a fantastic job fixing a leak in my flat.  He was flexible with his availability and arrived on-time.  He fixed an original problem efficiently.  And when an additional problem cropped up, he kindly agreed to come back fix this new problem "under warrantee" from his first visit.
